The historic town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is the epitome of a fairytale atmosphere, where rich history and beautiful nature are combined. In the Pension U Parní školy we would like to provide you with a refuge and comfort during your stay.

Our guesthouse is located on the site where a school was founded in the Middle Ages at the parish in Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The first mention of the school dates back to 1369. The origins of the present house date back to the Renaissance, to 1581, when it was built into the gap between the cemetery chapel of St. Catherine and the rectory. The building was used as a school until 1881, after which it was used for housing. The front of the house to the church is covered with impressive sgraffiti.

Our aim is to make you feel comfortable in our house and at the same time we want to give you the opportunity to discover this breathtaking part of the Czech countryside. We believe that your stay with us will be full of unforgettable experiences and relaxation.
