General Terms and Conditions
SENTA HOLDING s.r.o., ID No.: 28161017, with its registered office at Strakonická 71, Lahovice, 159 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 129615 (hereinafter referred to as “Pension” or “Company”). These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or on the basis of a contract concluded between the Pension and another person. These terms and conditions therefore apply generally to all hotel guests and agencies with whom a written contract for the provision of services by the Guesthouse has not been agreed.
1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
Price information
The price is inclusive of VAT (12%). The price is per room per night. Price includes local taxes.
Reservation of accommodation and services
Accommodation and booking confirmation by the Guesthouse is only possible in writing, i.e. by email. The reservation is valid and binding if the Guesthouse confirms the reservation in writing to the guest or the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the online booking system.
Payment and refund conditions
If the client books the accommodation, payment is required immediately through the payment gateway. Cancellations at any time after the booking has been made or no-shows are always charged the full amount.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel 14 days before the arrival date, no fees or penalties will be charged and the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel 7 days prior to the arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking price will be applied.
If you cancel less than 7 days or fail to arrive on the start date, you will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
Payment instructions for the payment of the accommodation reservation and for any refunds
Payment for your stay can only be made by credit card via the portal on the Pension’s website. When paying by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway through which the payment for the reservation will be charged to your card.
If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a refund, they will provide their bank account number and all payment details required to transfer the relevant amount. Any costs associated with the transfer of the amount (bank or other fees) will be charged to the guest.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
– the guest has the right to use the reserved premises and their facilities, as well as the facilities of the common areas
– the guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for any repairs, replacements or special cleaning; the amount of the payment will be determined by the guest house
– the guest is obliged to complain about any defects or shortcomings during his/her stay in the guesthouse so that a remedy can be arranged
– the guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of the guesthouse services, including additional services, at the latest on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed
– the guest may withdraw from the contract on the basis of the cancellation policy or if the guesthouse has not provided the guest with the services agreed in advance, in accordance with the standard of the guesthouse
– check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is possible only by agreement with the guest house and for a fee if applicable
– check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure; late check-out is possible by arrangement with the guest house and at a charge
– the entire guesthouse is non-smoking; violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or premises of the guesthouse entitles the guesthouse to charge the guest a penalty of 5.000,- CZK for cleaning the room or premises of the guesthouse; the smoking ban and the associated penalty also apply to smoking electronic cigarettes; smoking is only possible in front of the guesthouse in the designated areas
– between 22:00 and 6:00 is the night time; behaviour that leads to disturbing other guests during the night time is strictly forbidden (includes loud music, television, shouting in rooms, corridors and other disturbing behaviour); in case of serious violation of this rule, the guesthouse may penalize guests with a financial penalty of up to 10.000,- CZK or, in necessary cases, call the police
– dogs can be accommodated on the basis of a confirmation from the guesthouse for a fee of 350,- CZK/day
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BOARDING HOUSE
– the guesthouse is obliged to provide accommodation for the guest on the basis of pre-agreed services that correspond to the standard of the guesthouse
– if the guesthouse cannot accommodate the guest on the basis of a reservation made and confirmed in advance, the guesthouse is obliged to arrange adequate accommodation for the guest in another facility
4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
– In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer under a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such dispute to the designated consumer dispute resolution body, which is:

5. DATA PROTECTION
Protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The guest house values your trust and pays the utmost attention to the protection of personal data against unauthorised handling – it uses the highest security standards to do so.
The Guesthouse fully respects your privacy and acknowledges your concerns regarding the confidentiality of information provided by the guest when using this and other websites, especially for online reservations or during the check-in process and completion of the registration form. The Guesthouse collects the guest’s personal data only for as long as is necessary until the end of the provision of the agreed services and does not disclose this data to others.
The guest house hereby undertakes not to provide your personal data to third parties.
It will not distribute or sell the personal data you have provided, such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., to any other company for any use. The information provided by the guest to the guesthouse will be kept confidential and will only be used internally within our company.
All information contained on the website and individual guesthouse websites, including design, graphics and text, is the property of the hotel and is protected by copyright. All other trademarks, company names, product names and logos mentioned on the website are the property of their respective owners.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions are valid from 1 May 2024 and the hotel reserves the right to change them and the guest is obliged to abide by these current terms and conditions.
